Nobody rebooks a website. They rebook the bed they slept in.
Photos win the first booking on a platform. The rooms decide whether that guest books you direct the next time. The Interior Edit designs each room so the stay is worth coming back to, and gives you a board you can buy from in the order your budget allows.
How it works
01
Check out.
Choose Room Edit or Property Edit and pay.
03
We design it.
After a 30-minute kickoff call, we build each room’s concept, palette, visualization, and board.
02
Send your intake.
Photos, measurements and a walkthrough video of each room.
04
Review and revise.
Your board arrives in 10 business days for one room, 20 for a Property Edit. Your revision round comes back in 5.
What's included
EVERY EDIT
A design concept for each room, with the story it tells your guest
A material palette for each room: finishes, textiles, wood tones, and color
A concept visualization of each room, so you can see the direction before you buy. It is illustrative: the board lists exactly what to buy
A live selections board: every piece priced and linked, marked Now, Later or Leave out by you, with a budget ledger and room subtotals
A 30-minute kickoff call
One round of revisions, returned in 5 business days
Property Edit adds
A phased Now and Later plan against your budget, and a placement guide for every room.
Boards arrive whole
A Property Edit board is delivered in one piece, never room by room, so nothing gets ordered before the budget is settled.
What it doesn’t include
We don’t buy for you
You decide what to buy and when. Every item links to where you can order it.
No visit to the property
The work is virtual, from your photos, measurements and walkthrough video.
No halls or closets
A room is a space that gets its own concept and its own section on the board. Halls and closets don’t count.
The selections board
Every piece priced and linked. You mark it Now, Later or Leave out, and the total moves with you.

The concept board
Before you buy anything, you see the pieces together: the palette, the materials and the rules the room follows.

Questions
-
For each room: a design concept, a material palette and a concept visualization. Across the project: a live selections board with every piece priced and linked, one revision round and a 30-minute kickoff call. A Property Edit also gets a phased plan and a placement guide.
-
Any space that gets its own concept and its own section on the board: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, loft, or an outdoor zone such as a deck, hot tub area or sauna. Hallways and closets don’t count.
-
Ten business days for a Room Edit and 20 for a Property Edit, plus two business days for each additional room. The clock starts when your photos, measurements, walkthrough video and kickoff call are done, not at payment. Your revision round comes back in 5 business days. -
No. It shows the direction: mood, palette and materials. It is not to scale and the furniture in it may differ from the pieces on your board. The board is the source for what to buy.
-
Every piece is priced and linked. You mark each one Now, Later or Leave out, and the board keeps a running total against your budget with subtotals by room. Your choices sync back to us.
-
No. You order everything yourself, from the maker or store, and you decide what to buy and when. Every piece on your board links straight to it, so you can buy it as shown, swap it or skip it. Some of those links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them. It costs you nothing extra. Every board says so. -
Add rooms to a Property Edit at $397 each. Each added room adds two business days.
-
One round is included. Another round is $97 for a Room Edit and $197 for a Property Edit, returned in 5 business days. Adding a room or changing direction is priced as an additional room. -
No. The Interior Edit is a custom design service, and the work starts once your intake is complete, so all sales are final. If something on your board isn't right, your revision round is how we fix it.
