THE MID-TERM LINE
Not every stay is a vacation.
Hawthorne Row is Nest & Nook's first mid-term rental Edition—built for hosts furnishing a single-family home for guests staying thirty days, not three.
THE REGISTER
The six STR Editions sell anticipation. Hawthorne Row sells certainty.
A guest booking ninety days out isn't dreaming about a weekend — they want the internet speed, the utility split, the commute time, and the pet policy. Nothing about this Edition tries to feel like a getaway, because for the person renting it, it isn't one.
That's not a smaller ambition. It's a different job, done properly — plainspoken, specific, and built to answer a coordinator's questions before they're asked.

NOT A RE-SKIN
Mid-term changes the structure, not just the copy.
No Experiences page
Signature and seasonal add-ons are an STR guest concept. Hawthorne Row replaces it with What's Included — utilities, wifi, linens, and the kitchen inventory, stated plainly.
Inquiry, not instant booking
A nightly booking engine doesn't fit a thirty-day stay. Request Availability handles qualification and a same-day answer instead — with a nightly path preserved for hybrid properties.
Rates read monthly, first
Every price on the site leads with the monthly figure. A nightly rate leading the page is treated as a defect, not a style choice.
For Employers, built in
Relocation coordinators, insurance adjusters, and staffing contacts get their own page — direct billing, documentation, and answers to questions a leisure guest would never ask.
THE HAWTHORNE ROW DEMO’S ACTUAL EXTERIOR - BLOOMSWOOD, HUNTSVILLE
Built On a Real Property
A 1962 brick ranch in Blossomwood.
The demo is built around an actual property brief — a 1,840-square-foot three-bedroom home in a real Huntsville, Alabama neighborhood, chosen for its employer catchment: Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, Huntsville Hospital.
Every fact on the demo site is specific on purpose — the $2,850 monthly rate, the keypad entry, the fenced yard, the EV charger in the carport. Buyers replace the details; they don't have to invent the structure that holds them together.
The Differentiator
A page for the person booking on someone else's behalf.
Relocation coordinators, staffing agencies, and insurance adjusters ask different questions than a guest does — direct billing, documentation on file, and how fast an extension gets confirmed. Hawthorne Row is the first Edition with a page built to answer them before they're asked.
